New generation sliding systems

Clean minimalist look and maximum transparency, two attractive criteria perfectly fulfilled by the series of large-format sliding systems ASS 77 PD with panoramic design. The profiles, manufactured in several levels of thermal insulation (from uninsulated to highly thermally insulated), feature frames hidden in the building structure and allow for impressive 90° corner designs without a disruptive fixed post. Since this year, Schüco has offered not only electric control (via PC, smartphones, and fingerprint reader, including automatic pinch protection access control) but also a sophisticated and fully integrated technology for manual opening and closing of the leaf through a minimalist handle. Thanks to the barrier-free installation frame concealed in the building structure, the large-format wall is maximally transparent. The glass-fixing strips perfectly recede into pockets of the frame embedded in the reveal. The large-format slides are fully glazed, with negligible visible width occurring only where the leaves meet. The slender profiles can be fitted with double or triple glazing according to thermal comfort requirements.
