Fabric developed for ZIP screens - a novelty in the Czech market

The Serge Ferrari Group, which designs, develops, and manufactures innovative composite fabrics, has expanded its range of sun protection with an outdoor screen fabric specifically intended for ZIP systems. The new product named Soltis Veozip boasts a natural appearance thanks to its unique structure, is transparent, and can absorb up to 95 percent of UV radiation.

The Soltis Veozip fabric, which withstands weather conditions and long-term strain, is exclusively offered in the Czech market by Bohemiaflex CS. This company provides comprehensive services for perfect shading of your home and office, and in addition to many years of experience, it also offers warranty and post-warranty service.

Sun protection with an emphasis on aesthetics

Soltis Veozip has been designed to be the optimal solution for all ZIP systems on the market, both for residential and commercial use. The fabric, which is a combination of high-strength polyester and Canatex hemp fibers, provides thermal and UV protection, while being available in all colors, ensuring visual contact with the surroundings due to its transparency.

The color palette of this collection, which includes 15 shades, was developed by Anne Emery, a designer from the French design studio Aujourd'hui Ou Mardi. The colors, divided into five diverse groups (Tropical, Raw, Elegant, Pure, and Spicy), were chosen in consideration of current trends in interior design.

Perfect tautness, easy handling

Soltis Veozip can adapt to any structure without deformation or wrinkling of the fabric caused by frequent use or excessive tension in the zip rails. The fabric remains taut along the side guide rails, which enhances aesthetic appeal and contributes to the longer lifespan and dimensional stability of the product.

The advantage of the mentioned product is easy handling, which eliminates the risk of creases or wrinkling, even when repeatedly folded. Additionally, both sides are identical, which removes the risk of incorrect installation. Most screen materials on the market are made of fragile fiberglass, which can easily break and leaves marks when folded – this is not a concern with Veozip thanks to its flexible polyester yarn.

Fire safety and Greenguard Gold certification

Soltis Veozip, classified for fire safety in Euroclass B – s2, d0, is suitable not only for private but also commercial projects. Thanks to its phthalate-free composition, it also boasts Greenguard Gold certification (UL 2818-2013).
