The architectural and design office HELIKA a.s. organized the 3rd edition of the student architectural competition. This year’s edition was focused on the development of an urban-architectural design for a summer stage in the area of the former Benedictine monastery in Kladruby with the aim of transforming this cultural monument into a multifunctional cultural institution.
The proposals were evaluated by Doc. PhDr. Jiří Kotalík, CSc. (chairman of the jury), Ing. arch. Libor Sommer, and Akad. arch. Vladimír Kružík.
1st place was awarded to Kateřina Frejlachova and Martin Špičák from the Faculty of Architecture CTU in Prague
2nd place was taken by Alžběta Brůhová from the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague
3rd place was awarded to students Karolína Mikitová and Hana Stloukalová from Brno University of Technology.
