Chair Sidiz T51: new product on the Czech market

A new office chair Sidiz T51 has appeared on the Czech market. The chair, which has won several awards for exceptional design, ergonomic solutions, the Australian Design Award, and the France Observeur Design Award, is produced by the well-known Korean company Sidiz. The T51 model is currently available only in two European countries – Italy or the Czech Republic, where the Sidiz chair is imported by the company TOP OFFICE.

New multisynchronous mechanism

At first glance, you will be captivated by the design of the Sidiz T51 chair. It is available in a classic or high version with a headrest. For the T51 model, Sidiz developed a new multisynchronous mechanism, which keeps the chair owner in constant contact with the backrest. By setting one of the five limit positions during reclining and adjusting the pressure of the backrest according to weight, you ensure that the backrest perfectly follows your movement. Moreover, the backrest is equipped with viscoelastic foam or memory foam, which fully adapts to the sitter's back.
The comfortable seat also meets healthy seating principles. By adjusting the lever, you can set the "slide," or the depth of the seat and negative slope of the seat, which allows for optimal blood flow in the lower extremities, so the chair owner does not "fall asleep" their legs. A uniquely designed lumbar support contributes to truly high seating comfort, which can be adjusted precisely to the shape of your spine.
The Sidiz T51 model also features 3D armrests. These are not only height-adjustable but can also be extended forward and tilted sideways. The high model features an improved headrest. "The classic headrest only allows you to relax, but the Sidiz headrest keeps you in a working position. You can lean back comfortably while still seeing your computer monitor,” explains the marketing director of TOP OFFICE, Martin Chovanec.

Fabric cover or luxury leather?

The Sidiz T51 office chair is available with a fabric cover or in leather. The fabric covers in blue, black, green, or orange are made of a durable, firm, highly breathable material, which thanks to its good technical properties, is also used in the automotive industry. The practical covers can be easily removed from the chair's structure and washed in the washing machine.

Korean chair discovered in Italy

The Sidiz chair, characterized by a combination of maximum functionality, quality materials, and modern design, actually appeared in the Czech Republic by chance. “Last year, we were at the furniture fair in Milan with TOP OFFICE, looking for a manufacturer of office chairs to represent in the Czech market. We didn’t find anyone like that in Italy. However, we happened to take a photo of a chair exhibited by an Italian furniture manufacturer,” describes the first encounter with the Sidiz T51 chair Martin Chovanec. Thanks to the small logo on the photographed chair, TOP OFFICE then discovered who its manufacturer was and quickly began negotiations with Sidiz.

With a production of 150 thousand chairs a year, Sidiz is the largest manufacturer of office chairs in Korea. It primarily distributes its products through Fursis, which specializes in complete office interior outfitting and controls over 70% of the Korean market. Sidiz is a very dynamic company with one of the most modern production lines and a own development team. The legendary Asian precision and attention to detail are reflected throughout the entire production. “Sidiz operates almost like an automobile manufacturer. It relies on cutting-edge technologies, minimal manual labor, and perfect cleanliness. It also has its own testing department, where all chair components are checked from wheels to foams to backs and armrests,” says Martin Chovanec. “In Italy, I visited four factories producing office furniture. None can be compared to the Korean one,” adds the marketing director of TOP OFFICE.
