As of April 1, 2010, Zumtobel offers a five-year warranty on its entire portfolio of products as the world's first manufacturer of lighting fixtures. With this step, Zumtobel emphasizes its leadership position in innovation, design, and quality. The unilateral extension of the warranty to 5 years applies to the complete lighting system from Zumtobel, including control gear or operational components. The only exceptions are consumable parts like conventional sources or batteries of emergency lights. In fixtures with LED sources, these LEDs are also included in the warranty.
