Welcome to our studio, founded in 2010 by Ondrej Chybik and Michal Kristof. Over the years, we have grown into an international architecture and urban design practice with offices in London, Brno, Prague, and Bratislava, and a team of over 70 colleagues.
As we expand, we’re looking for Project Directors to strengthen our leadership team. In this role, you will bridge the creative and operational sides of our practice, ensuring projects run smoothly from first concept to final delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and client satisfaction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the delivery of diverse architectural projects, ensuring smooth execution, from timelines and budgets to coordination with consultants and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building lasting relationships and delivering presentations with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate closely with our Design Directors to align creative vision with project delivery.
Mentor and guide architectural teams, providing leadership, tools, and support to help them thrive.
Collaborate with Business Development on contracts, pricing, and issue resolution.
Ensure projects meet studio standards while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
Proven experience leading complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Czech is a plus.
Expertise in project management, budgeting, and team coordination.
A client-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a respect for diverse perspectives.
