The southern wing of the ground floor of the administrative building GBC V represents an integral part of the company premises of Asseco CE, housing a variable interactive zone designed as an agile workspace. Its main hall can be connected with one or both meeting rooms thanks to folding partitions. Without construction modifications, additional staff, and in a short time, open spaces for conferences, training sessions, lectures, or corporate events and presentations can be created, supporting creativity and collaboration on one hand, with modular furniture, but also with quiet independent working zones if needed. A kitchen with catering facilities and restrooms for visitors are available.
Asseco - Office Spaces
The layout of the working spaces is efficient and clear, yet functionally, spatially, and visually rich. Instead of traditional corridors, we create a multifunctional, spatially diverse (and truly) communication space that forms the backbone of the entire operation. "Bays" are created within it, filled with work or relaxation microspaces, designed to connect people and promote social and work contact among colleagues. Thanks to the internal staircase, floors no longer serve as a barrier for this contact. We also emphasized relaxation areas, particularly their proper functional segregation. Catering facilities range from small coffee points to closed kitchens with dining areas, as well as a company café.
The layout concept is based on dividing the space according to various types of work, addressing the needs of individuals and teams, as well as different personality types within the team, and of course the activities necessary for software development, which intertwine with spaces designated for mental or physical relaxation. Employees migrate (in a figurative) "office landscape" during their working hours. Closed offices, "call rooms" of various sizes (1 to 4 seats) for focused work or sensitive communication, video calls, and smaller brainstorming sessions alternate with multimedia-equipped meeting rooms of various sizes or team "open mind" areas for operational or project work meetings with colleagues or business discussions with partners.
