The subject of the design and realization is the modification of an apartment in a building from the 1970s. Compared to the original state, the layout was fundamentally adjusted for a family with one child. The central motif is a multifunctional furniture wall with niches for the kitchen and audio/TV, which smoothly extends through the living space into the parents' bedroom. Both rooms can be separated by a full-height door leaf. A cube-shaped work corner is inserted into the continuous space, which can be closed off with folding doors. The main living area is thus located in the more spacious part of the L-shaped apartment. Depending on the current need, this space can be variably divided and enclosed. The children's room is located in a more separated part of the apartment near the entrance hall.
The floor is made of oak mosaic, complemented by neutral furniture made of white laminated material. The niches in the main furniture composition are accentuated by colors in the clients' favorite shades.
