Family house for the Unzeitig couple

The family house for a family of five is located on the northern side of the plot. Its southern facade opens up to the garden, which separates it from the local road. On the contrary, the windows on the northern side of the house offer a nice view, and on a clear day, one can easily see the Říp mountains. The most important common space of the house is the dining room on the ground floor, which connects the other parts of the house, including the bedroom area on the upper floor.
