The multipurpose sports field in the South Bohemian village of Úsilné was realized as the first building according to the architectural concept of the village created by the studio re: architekti in 2013. The field features a tartan surface and a simple functional wooden structure with a grandstand and facilities, which are part of ambitious municipal plans including a community house, sauna, social housing, etc.
The building is 38m long, made of naturally grown timber, treated with a light stain. The walls are clad with beveled boards, and the external wall features a 40m long inscription marking the sports facility and a stylized symbol of the village – a donkey's head.
