An interior that tells a captivating story. This is a brief description of the latest realization by Ateliér Kunc Architects in Prague's Karlín district. Here, the interior of the showcase apartment of the Vltava Residence was created, modern living on the banks of the river.

Joy of Living — The clients of Ateliér Kunc Architects are diverse, just like the houses and interiors that the studio, led by Michal Kunc, designs and realizes for them. However, what unites all realizations is the good feeling of collaboration and a perfect result: an apartment or house that brings joy to live in. This is the main motto of AKA, “to live as if on a good vacation.” “We understand not only houses and apartments, but from the very beginning of any cooperation, we also carefully listen to their future owners. Conversations are the foundation of all stories. In this spirit, we also designed the showcase apartment for the Vltava Residence,” says architect Michal Kunc.

Vltava Residence — Generous and original design solutions and a high standard of interior furnishings. This is how the apartment project of the Vltava Residence by the Horizon Holding development group is conceived. “The project for which we designed and meticulously realized the showcase apartment in our studio follows our favorite Nordic style, which emphasizes the overall concept of the Vltava Residence. It is characterized by light, space, and harmony as the main values when shaping the most beautiful parts of Rohanský Island,” adds Michal Kunc.
Ateliér Kunc Architects, also known for its innovative landscape office concept, continues this interior realization with a series of previous residential projects, full of poetry and the connection between exterior and interior.
