The villa stands on a narrow rocky ridge. It is oriented towards the south, where beautiful views into the valley unfold among the crowns of pine trees. The access road leads to the northern side, and the house is entered through a paved courtyard.
The villa has a curved shape of a crescent or, if you will, a "boomerang" with two wings. The wing of the night part is oriented longitudinally with the contour lines. In contrast, the wing of the day part turns perpendicularly and leans out over the edge of the steeply falling slope. Here, a covered terrace hovers among the crowns of pine trees with a beautiful view of the landscape.
The garden of the house is divided into two height levels. The upper part of the garden is accessed from the main living floor at ground level. The lower part of the garden, with the pool, connects to the underground level of the house with wellness.
The facades of the house are designed using natural materials that correspond to the exceptional natural backdrop of the surroundings.
The main mass of the ground floor is clad in larch wood, featuring exposed concrete, generous glazing, and steel columns. The mass of the second floor is clad in aluminum panels that reflect the sky.
