Unlike the first decades of the existence of the independent Faculty of Architecture at CTU in Prague, when its teachers could only occasionally engage in active design, the situation completely changed after 1989 – the studios at the faculty are now taught by female and male architects who undoubtedly belong to the best in our country. At least this is what the faculty systematically strives for when selecting them through competitive processes. But do you know why sometimes the general public is unaware that many remarkable and award-winning architectural works originate from the design studios of those who also teach at the faculty? After all, who outside the field could find the specific name and surname of the architect under those elegant and especially mysterious names of their studios? Therefore, we present a selection of their works from the last five years here. The QR code under each image will reveal more detailed information about the presented work.
