The subject of the competition was to develop an architectural design for a Multifunctional facility – Freedom Square Janské Lázně in the location of the existing building. Construction program: reconstruction of existing spaces for the purposes of public restrooms (men, women, disabled), extension of the waiting area, barrier-free access to the waiting area and public restrooms. The proposal must respect the economic possibilities of the promoter.

The proposed building can excellently fulfill the required function. - Without an elevator - The design respects its location in the city center and does not aspire to become a dominant feature of the spa's public space. The jury has no doubts about its realization within the established budget.
