At the Light Center, Zumtobel has launched the exhibition "Building in Contexts" by the architectural studio Dietrich I Untertrifaller from Austria. At the opening, Doc. Petr Kratochvíl, CSc. from the Czech Academy of Sciences spoke about the broader contexts of sustainable architecture. Architects Helmut Dierich and Much Untertrifaller present a selection of completed projects, ranging from large cultural centers in Bregenz and Vienna to school complexes and revitalization projects, as well as individual realizations of private houses. The owner of a house built near Prague particularly appreciates the high functionality of the object and its integration into the landscape.
More than seventy photographs and five models take visitors to the distant Vorarlberg. The descriptions of individual realizations are on materials characteristic of the specific project, so we encounter glass, wood, concrete, as well as untreated metal, which is characteristic of the project Inatura Museum in Dornbirn. This museum is located in the revitalized Rüschwerke complex. Further information and the presentation of the exhibition can be found on the Czech Television website, which reported on the exhibition on March 17 in the cultural magazine Kultura s dvojkou www.ceskatelevize.cz/ivysilani/10318911545-kultura-s-dvojkou/211542156000054/
