Premium development projects require not only architecturally and spatially thought-out solutions, but also quality materials and designs that respect the location while meeting high standards for aesthetics and functionality. One such project is the twelve luxury villas Infinity Villas on the slopes of Altea Hills in Alicante, Spain, where the team from bathroom studio Keraservis realized the complete design and supply of tiles, flooring, and bathroom, interior, and exterior equipment.

Tiling and Flooring: Mediterranean Inspiration in Large Format

The developer's brief for Infinity Estate was to create bathrooms and other spaces in the spirit of modern Mediterranean style with an emphasis on light tones, natural materials, and timeless elegance. Large-format tiles and flooring in the appearance of marble and natural stone played a key role here, as they visually enlarge the space and beautifully connect the villas' interiors with their surroundings.

For the walls and floors of the bathrooms, the Marmorea ceramic series in the size 60×120 cm and matte finish in a faithful imitation of white marble was chosen. This choice supports the clean aesthetics of the space and, due to the minimal joints, makes maintenance easier while ensuring long-term resistance to moisture and wear. The same format and decor were also applied in the separate WCs, kitchens, and entry halls, where durable and easy-to-maintain surfaces are required.

Tiling Solutions for Demanding Interiors and Exteriors

While the designers at Keraservis chose a darker ceramic tile Martins with a cement effect in the size 60×60 cm for the garages, large-format tile Ardenes in a natural stone decor was supplied for the outdoor terraces, including roofs and pool areas. Again, in a design that emphasizes the airy nature of the coastal concept and simultaneously meets slip resistance requirements and withstands climatic conditions well.

Premium Sanitary Ware and Perfect Contrasts for Luxury Bathrooms

Each villa in Altea Hills features two bathrooms, dominated by the Oberon 2.0 rectangular bathtub from the German manufacturer Villeroy & Boch, sized 175×75 cm. Its compact proportions allow for efficient space utilization while providing adequate comfort for relaxation. The shower area is fitted with a Stone shower tray from Laufen with a safety wall made of clear glass Hüppe Aura Pure featuring a contrasting black profile.

Another striking element of the bathrooms is the round marble sink Aruba in a beige shade with a glossy finish, elevating the bathroom furnishings of Infinity Villas into the category of custom-designed made-to-measure bathrooms. It is complemented by a wall-hung WC Architectura from Villeroy & Boch with a soft-close seat for maximum user comfort.

All bathrooms are equipped with Grohe Essence faucets in a matte black finish, which stand out in contrast to the light tiles and sanitary ware. The showers feature the Rainshower SmartActive 310 system with three adjustable flow modes and a large overhead shower with PureRain function. Thermostatic faucets and water and energy-saving technologies are standard.

Modern Design Beyond the Interior

Part of the contract for the Infinity Villas project in Alicante, Spain, also included exterior supply. On the rooftops of the villas with beautiful views of the Altea Bay and the Sierra de Bernia mountains, the previously mentioned tile was complemented by an outdoor shower made of stainless steel from the high-quality TRES range, ideal for its durability in outdoor settings.
