Successful entrepreneur and adventurer Richard Branson has decided to fully launch space tourism. In New Mexico, a rocket base designed by French designer Philippe Starck will begin construction in 2007. The $225 million project is expected to be completed a year later, when three and a half hour flights to the edge of space are also set to begin.
