<h1>Hospital Villa in Krnov is for sale, the price is 4.8 million</h1>

"The condition of the building, which is currently used by the Krnov Joint Healthcare Facility under a loan agreement, is poor. The city cannot allow the object to continue to deteriorate and it is unnecessary for them," stated mayor Jana Koukolová Petrová.

Therefore, the city hall has announced its intention to sell the building. Based on interest, the future city leadership will decide whether to sell, donate, or retain the property and invest in its repair.

The villa, along with a plot of land measuring 332 square meters, is offered by the city for 4.8 million crowns, which is the market price according to an expert appraisal. The villa was constructed very close to the hospital according to the design of Opava architect Johann Kalitta 92 years ago. Each floor had one spacious apartment - on the ground floor for the caretaker, on the upper floor for the hospital director, and in the attic for the assistant physician.
