Erika Fries : Architecture narrative
The Institute of Design 3 invites you to a lecture by Swiss architect Erika Fries on the topic of Narrative architecture. The lecture will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2014, at 5:00 PM in auditorium A310 FA VUT, Poříčí 5, Brno.
Erika Fries (*1967) studied architecture from 1989-96 at ETH Zurich and Harvard University in Cambridge. From 1996-99, she collaborated with the Zurich office Brunner & Vollenweider Architekten and the Basel studio Buol & Zünd Architekten. From 1999-2003, she was an assistant at ETH Zurich. Since 1999, she has been collaborating on projects with Lukas Huggenberger and Adrian Berger. In 2008, they established the joint studio huggenbergerfries. Since 2010, she has been teaching at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
