Lecture by Miklós Sulyok Hungarian colleagues of SIAL

The Institute of Art History of the Czech Academy of Sciences, v.v.i. is organizing a lecture by Miklós Sulyok on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 15:30 titled Hungarian colleagues of SIAL: the Miskolc Workshop of Architects 1978-1989, which will take place at the Academic Conference Center, Husova 4, Prague 1.

Miklós Sulyok will introduce the architectural group Miskolc Workshop of Architecture (MWA), which represented not only an important artistic but also a social phenomenon in the Hungarian context from 1978 to 1989. This was especially materialized in the collective house in Miskolc, where members of the group lived and created together.
