You can enhance your visit to the house with a trip to the nearby surroundings In the nearby area, you can also visit the Mníšek pod Brdy Castle (5 km) or the Dobříš Castle (16 km) or Karlštejn (23 km). Tourists can also recommend the surroundings of the Štěchovice Reservoir.
House Concept The house is built on a plot near the forest, and the design of the house sensitively responds to the surrounding landscape. It is situated at the northwest boundary of the plot and opens towards the southwest into the garden, giving the interior space necessary intimacy and allowing for significant heat gains from solar radiation during the winter months. In the summer months, these gains are eliminated by external blinds. The house is two stories high. The ground floor features an entrance on the eastern side, technical facilities with a cloakroom, and an entrance hall. The rest of the floor consists of the living room, dining room with kitchen, workshop, and guest room. The living room, dining room, and guest room connect to the garden. In the living room, there is a staircase leading to the second floor. There you will find a bedroom, two rooms, a dressing room, and two bathrooms with a toilet. Throughout the entire house, the visible quality of NOVATOP panels, which form the massive structure of the house, is largely preserved and evokes comfort and harmony. The exterior materials were chosen so that the building harmoniously blends into the surrounding nature. A plaster façade is combined with a metal cladding. The roof is designed as a gable with a tiled roof covering and a slope of 40°.
An important part of modern houses is also technology. The warmth of the home is provided by underfloor heating in combination with warm air heating and heat recovery. The heart of the house is storage tanks powered by an air-water heat pump with the possibility of connecting solar panels. These will be installed in the future; for now, the house has only been prepared for their installation.
