Two new publications from Rigips

The author team composed of specialists from Rigips used their long-standing experience to prepare two publications that have so far been missing from the Czech market and have no equivalent in our country.

The publication The Big Book of Gypsum Board – Background for Interior Design includes comprehensive data and information about dry internal construction systems.

This publication is intended for everyone who needs to acquire not only an overview but also detailed information about individual systems: partitions, false walls, ceilings, attics, and floors. It is primarily aimed at professionals - designers, architects, investors, developers, and last but not least, construction companies. The authors set a fundamental goal: to provide a structured summary of verified constructions and systems with their comprehensive data and declared values. Among the systems presented, you will find both traditional constructions made from gypsum board and successful systems based on Rigidur fiber-reinforced boards, as well as curved constructions made from Riflex boards. An integral part includes cassette and acoustic ceilings. You will also find relatively new Duragips constructions with a combined cladding of gypsum and fiber-reinforced boards. For the first time, summarized data on Rigips safety constructions are published here. Visual representations of individual systems and construction details are also included.

The second book – as the title suggests – contains installation instructions for all systems of dry internal construction.

This publication is intended for everyone involved in the construction of building interiors, whether residential, civic, or industrial. It is primarily aimed at specialized companies in gypsum board installation, site managers of construction firms, and construction supervisors. This richly illustrated publication aims to explain the principles of correct installation of dry internal construction systems simply and clearly. It covers not only classic and widely used gypsum board constructions but also related building technologies and gypsum-based products, such as constructions made from Rigidur fiber-reinforced boards and Ridurit, combined constructions of Duragips, and last but not least, Rimano gypsum plasters and finishes. The publication also includes an overview of individual dry internal construction products.
