On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, the third year of the Grand Prix Architects Festival – National Award for Architecture 2021 will take place at the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague. A total of 231 projects have been submitted to the competition, from which 55 finalists have emerged. The jury will now decide which of them will receive the main GPA 2021 award and will also award prizes within individual categories. For the best project, the architectural public can also vote anew.
The overall winner of GPA 2021 and the best projects in individual categories will be determined by an international five-member jury – Dutch architect Michiel Hofman, French architect Anne-Françoise Jumeau, Slovak architect Štefan Moravčík, landscape architect Ana Kučan from Slovenia, and Czech architect Jan Magasaník. The entire course of the festival and the presentations of individual finalists will be available to watch in an online broadcast at www.gpaf.cz. On Tuesday, October 12, the online voting of the architectural public will also start, in which you can register to vote for the project you believe is the best. The winner of this voting will receive the GROHE Architectural Public Award, which is announced by GROHE in cooperation with the Architects' Society.
