Slavona – 20 years on the Czech market

Slavona s.r.o. specializes in the production of wooden and wood-aluminum windows, and this year marks the 20th anniversary of its establishment. This purely Czech, family-owned company has secured a strong position in our market during its operation. Because it focuses on the highest quality, excellent utility properties, and innovative design of its products, Slavona has gained a reputation abroad – particularly in Slovakia, Great Britain, Germany, and Austria.

Currently, Slavona offers seven different window profiles. These include windows with a hidden external frame Progression certified to Class A by the Passivhaus Institute Darmstadt, wooden design windows Inspiro, which are based on the Progression concept but keep the outer frame visible, classic wooden windows Solid Comfort, and wood-aluminum windows HA 110 Line, wood-aluminum windows for modern homes Alpino, unique Clipper windows, whose outer surface consists only of glass without any distracting elements, and frameless fixed windows Blue Line, which can be combined with opening casements from profiles Inspiro, Alpino, and Clipper. For most of the mentioned profiles, in addition to windows, balcony, sliding, and entrance doors are also available.

Development and innovation at Slavona have not stopped and continue currently. In addition to minor structural improvements to most profiles, a significantly innovative window PROGRESSION marked GRP is being prepared for 2020. Unlike the original version, the outer frame will not consist of a thermowood profile combined with thermal insulation material CompacFoam, but a special composite profile with insulating filling. The window will therefore be not only more energy-efficient but also practically maintenance-free. Another benefit will be greater variability in installing the window into the building – the builder can decide whether to completely conceal the frame under the facade or leave part of it visible.
