Family House Under the Oaks

The eagle's nest built at the level of the crowns of majestic century-old oaks gazes out over the landscape. These two Ents protect the house from the sun, and the residents' privacy is supported by sliding wooden slats that create a filter between the street and the inner space. However, they do not obstruct the view from the window.
The house is divided into two parts due to the uneven elevation of the land, which are connected by a staircase. The living space, partly opened to the rafters of the shed roof, forms the dominant feature of the interior and serves as a center among the individual rooms and other spaces. From the living area, there is access to a large terrace located above the garage and covered by a sloped pergola that follows the slope of the roof.
The upper garden is hidden behind the house and creates a pleasant private space used by children for their play.
