HELUZ FAMILY and HELUZ FAMILY 2in1 bricks represent an ideal solution for modern construction – both types of bricks operate on the principle of single-layer construction. Even without additional insulation, they achieve excellent thermal insulation properties. In the case of the HELUZ FAMILY 2in1 brick, it even has the lowest thermal transmittance coefficient U on the market for single-layer constructions – 0.11 W/m²K. Single-layer masonry made from these bricks ensures high thermal stability, long lifespan, mechanical durability, vapor permeability, and quick construction without thermal bridges.

HELUZ FAMILY 3in1 Load-Bearing Lintel

The HELUZ FAMILY 3in1 load-bearing lintel is a component with a variable space for external shading technology. It is the second generation of the unique HELUZ lintel designed for the installation of external blinds, rollers, or screens, without which the construction of energy-efficient houses cannot proceed. The lintel with integrated but removable thermal insulation is intended for single-layer masonry made from thermal insulating HEULZ FAMILY bricks with the best parameters on the market. The internal space with insulation is variable for the placement of external blinds and rollers, or it may remain filled with insulation as produced. Thus, only one type of load-bearing lintel can be used for the house without the builder having to decide beforehand whether to install shading or not. The HELUZ FAMILY 3in1 load-bearing lintel is fully hidden under the plaster, is adapted for electric control, and can be installed for higher windows up to a size of 2.5 m.

Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty covers the shell construction, vertical and horizontal structures of HELUZ, and covers the functional and mechanical properties of the brick system. End builders as well as developers of family houses can utilize it. The certificate is valid for projects in the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company provides the guarantee for 148 years.

Meaningful Houses

HELUZ offers a comprehensive solution for the construction of Meaningful Houses, which includes project and execution documentation, a construction manual, interior design, and a list of materials used. This significantly shortens the time needed for planning and preparing the construction. Projects have a unified price, and when realizing a house in the HELUZ system, the customer will receive the amount for the project back.

The company guarantees the price of the complete system for shell construction, including outer structures, partitions, ceilings, lintels, chimneys, windows, and glazing. Additionally, selected partners offer discounted prices on other construction elements, such as bathrooms or floors. There are three model houses on offer – NORDIC, ELEMENT, and SPACE – all designed in energy class A with an emphasis on system compatibility and maximum energy efficiency.
