1st prize (60 thousand CZK): Ing. Ladislav Mládek, Tábor, collaborating individuals: Bc. Jan Vybíral, Libor Mládek Proposal evaluation: A detailed and well-thought-out design with a concept utilizing the effects of light in the interior and linking to the use of the surroundings. It reflects the original shape and character of the Hýlačka lookout tower using new expressive means. The construction is visually and functionally striking with minimal resources. A durable and low-maintenance building. It is not just a dull concrete structure, and the exterior envelope is enlivened by the application of glass elements.
2nd prize (40 thousand CZK): Ing. arch. Michal Bartošek, Prague 6, co-author: Ing. arch. Lucie Galiová Proposal evaluation: Architecturally pure shape of the lookout tower, achieving maximum effect with minimal resources. The simplicity and clarity of the design are positive aspects.

Martin Kocich, collaborating individuals: Marek Raab, Antonín Baďura Proposal evaluation: A structurally interesting object that appears transparent above the level of the mature greenery.
