Announcement of the competition in the form of Design & Build – Sports Hall in Boskovice
The City of Boskovice has announced the tender conditions for selecting the contractor for the construction of the Boskovice sports hall using the Design & Build method in a single-stage procedure, which includes an architectural competition.
The subject of the contract is the new construction of a sports hall in Boskovice serving for multiple sports (e.g., volleyball, basketball, floorball, futsal, footvolley, gymnastics, and others). The contract includes both the construction and pre-project preparation, particularly the permitting and execution project documentation and related engineering activities.
The realization of the sports hall is the first stage of the reconstruction of the Červená zahrada sports complex (location see figure no. 1), which was the subject of the architectural competition "Červená zahrada Sports Complex." The competition was won in 2023 by the architectural studio of Martin Doležal with their proposal (see figure no. 2).
