The purpose and mission of the competition is to find and evaluate the most suitable solution for the subject of the competition that meets the requirements of the organizer, contained in these competition conditions and in the competition documentation, and subsequently to award a contract for the processing of follow-up implementation phases of project work, supervision of their execution, and putting the specified building into use in a negotiation process without publication according to the provisions of § 23 paragraph 6 of Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on public procurement. All awarded participants will be invited to the negotiation process without publication.
