Brno - Developer CTP has begun construction of 10,000 square meters of new office and retail space in the CTZone Brno commercial park, located on the site of the former starch factory. Completion is planned for spring 2013, with total investments reaching 20 million euros (489 million crowns).
"We have already signed a contract with the Brno company Geodis for 40 percent of the new space in CTZone, which operates in the field of geodesy, photogrammetry, and data supply for GIS systems," said CTP's CEO Remon Vos.
The CTZone commercial park is located in close proximity to the center of Brno and currently hosts more than 30 tenants, such as Activa and Akzo Nobel.
According to information from March, the developer CTP expects revenue of 110 million euros (approximately 2.7 billion CZK) this year from leasing commercial properties. By 2015, it aims to further expand its areas and increase annual revenue to 140 million euros (over 3.4 billion CZK).
