When a reconstruction of an interesting building is born, it is always important to find the right balance between history and contemporary requirements, especially when it comes to a building that will serve as a residence or for relaxation. If the genius loci of the building is to be preserved while simultaneously offering users a high standard of comfort that most of us already demand, it is necessary to address certain issues thoughtfully. The same was true for the reconstruction of the Hostačov farmhouse in the Highlands, whose history dates back to 1829.
