The event takes place at the alternative stage of the Puppet Theatre in Ostrava on March 5, 2013, at 6:00 PM. The debate is organized by the Statutory City of Ostrava.

Another public debate on Ostrava-related topics, this time not only about the planned city gallery, will take place on Tuesday, March 5, at 6 PM at the alternative stage of the Puppet Theatre. The public can discuss with Mayor Petr Kajnar and Deputy Simona Piperková, with special guest the director of the Trojhalí association, Karolina Petr Šnejdar.

The Kunsthalle Ostrava association, which criticized the concept of Trojhalí and provided three opposing expert opinions from leading Czech curators to the council in December 2012, has not been invited to the debate as a guest.
