In the center of Ostrava, the Biskupská Residence will be created

The construction group HSF System has signed a contract for the construction of the residential project Biskupská. New apartments will be created in an attractive location right in the center of Ostrava, near the Ostravice River and Masaryk Square. The project will follow the skeleton on Biskupská Street and will thus revitalize one of the most prominent locations in the city center. The investor and developer is Pascerex real.

The project builds on the existing skeleton structure, which will be supplemented with new floors. The architectural design features an elegant façade and large-format windows that will allow natural light into the interiors and visually connect the residence with the surrounding streets and riverside. The building will be equipped with the latest technologies, ranging from underfloor heating and recuperation to smart home preparations.

The completion of Biskupská Street is one of the key residential projects that will contribute to the revitalization of the Ostrava area known as Little Copenhagen in the coming years. This is a part of the city center leading from Masaryk Square, through Kostelní Street to the embankment of the Ostravice River. "This is not only a significant urban project, but also a building with strong symbolic significance. The new housing will connect with the history of the place and offer the residents of Ostrava a modern home in a boutique style. I greatly appreciate that our partner is HSF System, which can ensure implementation at the highest quality," says the project's architect David Kotek, PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ, s.r.o.

The Biskupská residence will offer 53 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk, including the exclusive River View Collection edition with a direct view of the river. The project includes an underground parking lot for 22 cars and two commercial units of 150 and 400 m² in the ground floor.
