Petr Růžička : Deeper Geometric Layers of the Project
On Thursday May 3, 2018 at 6:00 PM, a lecture Deeper Geometric Layers of the Project will take place in the auditorium of building G at the Faculty of Art and Architecture of the Technical University of Liberec, Studentská 2, led by the guru of traditional carpentry Petr Růžička, who is also involved in revealing the geometries of ancient buildings.
Master carpenter Petr Růžička is a member of the presidium and founder of ASORKD, a carpenter and restorer. He is also the author of a replica of a medieval crane at Prague Castle. Together with designer Vít Mlázovský, he constructed the crane exactly according to period methods – on the occasion of the exhibition “Charles IV – Emperor by the Grace of God.”
