These are original construction elements, which captivate with their oval shape, atypical compared to existing "classic" blocks. In the basic offer, there are continuous whole and terminating half blocks available, as well as several types of cover plates to complete the construction. Due to their shape, both flat, wavy, and rounded surfaces can be created, forming various nooks for practical use. Primarily, this block is intended for the construction of walls and fences, with the oval ends of the blocks softening the overall appearance.
Working with RONDE BLOCK blocks: Masonry with RONDE BLOCK blocks is performed in the bond by traditional gluing with a minimal joint using frost-resistant adhesive or one-component multi-purpose PUR adhesive. To balance any potential irregularities in the foundation strip, the first layer of blocks is laid in a mortar bed. The other layers can then be connected in the aforementioned manner. Due to the design of the blocks, the vertical joints do not need to be filled with bonding material. The finishing, i.e., the last layer of blocks and cover plates must be glued. Walls must always be finished with a concrete post with inserted reinforcement. Similarly, the finish must also be made at the gate or where the fence infill is located. Thanks to the design solution, the precision of the blocks, and the method of contact bonding, no additional jointing or any other steps are needed to achieve the final appearance of the masonry.
