In the modern showrooms of TOP OFFICE, you will find a wide range of office furniture and quality office chairs. The stores are located in Brno, Prague, and newly also in Ostrava.

Showrooms with a unique character

In the year before last, TOP OFFICE created a new showroom platform in Brno, which was later used for showrooms in Prague and Ostrava.

TOP OFFICE showrooms are characterized by the color black. Independent platforms for individual furniture lines rise above the floor. "Each furniture line has a platform in a color typical for that particular furniture collection," explains TOP OFFICE's marketing director Martin Chovanec.

Each platform thus creates a separate office where you can find individual furniture pieces complemented by office chairs or sofas from the TOP OFFICE range, along with office accessories. "We mainly offer elements essential for the initial office setup. These include first aid kits, partition systems, coat racks, or desk organizers," adds Martin Chovanec.

The showroom features most of the assortment. If a customer selects specific goods that are not normally displayed in the store, it is enough to contact a TOP OFFICE salesperson. They will prepare the product in the showroom upon agreement.

Trained staff will assist you

Part of the showroom is also a reception positioned so that customers know immediately upon entering the room where to go for information. Thanks to the strategically placed reception, the staff has an overview of what is happening in the spacious showroom.

In each showroom, visitors can turn to a sales consultant, who takes the customer's documents for creating visualizations and designs. The trained staff will also provide information about the technical properties of the displayed furniture, show fabric samples for office chairs, and advise on how to equip a functional office space. If you have just purchased an office chair, the sales consultant will help you set it up correctly.

Showrooms in Prague, Brno, and Ostrava

TOP OFFICE showrooms are always located within a larger administrative complex. You can view office furniture, chairs, or accessories in the Brno Office House IBC Příkop, in the business center Smíchov Gate in Prague, and in the largest business park The Orchard in Ostrava. The showrooms are similar in size, ranging from 300 to 350 square meters. In Prague and Ostrava, the showrooms are additionally connected with complete facilities, including offices for architects, assistants, and salespeople.

How to choose a new office chair?

Clients visit the showrooms together with the salesperson managing their project, but also on their own. "We recommend that customers spend at least two hours in our showroom. The most important thing is for the client to properly try out the office chair and determine if it truly suits them," explains TOP OFFICE's marketing director. Visitors can bring their work laptops to the showroom, handle important emails, and meanwhile thoroughly test the selected office furniture.
