BiographyHe studied at the horticultural school in Rajhrad – specializing in ornamental horticulture, the Secondary Horticultural School in Brno Bohunice – specializing in landscape gardening – floristry, and completed his education at the Faculty of Horticulture of Mendel University in Lednice in the field of garden and landscape architecture. He is currently among the most significant Czech landscape architects. Throughout his long practice, he has received numerous prestigious awards for his creative work. He works in Brno at the Studio of Garden and Landscape Architecture, which collaborates with various architectural studios, sculptors, visual artists, and other related professions. His "workshop" has produced well-known parks and gardens, such as the Cloister Gardens in Litomyšl, Valdštejn Garden in Prague, Sukovy Sady in Hradec Králové, the city park Bubeníkovy Sady in Pardubice, and many more.
