Jury evaluation: The jury appreciates that the proposal in both the textual and drawing parts brought a concept not only for the development of the center but also for other interesting and significant locations in its vicinity. It positively evaluates and recommends developing the opening of the center towards the Moravice River in further project phases with the possibility of expanding public space to include a small, serene zone directly connected to the river. This potential is very suitable, provided that property relations are resolved positively. For subsequent project phases, the jury recommends eliminating conflicts with the placement of trees and network routes after the organizer provides information about the installation and height of engineering networks. Based on the organizer's request, it requires an increase in parking spaces, for example, by placing additional spaces in front of the municipal office building or nearby. It recommends specifying the transport solution for the bus station so that buses can enter from both directions of the main road, as well as exit in both directions; the arrangement of parking spaces in connection with the bus station should be solved by excluding reversing vehicles into the heavily trafficked Bruntálská Street. The jury suggests considering the method of building on the northern slope above the town hall building. It also considers it appropriate to "dense" the space between the "pedestrian zone" and residential buildings and in this way connect the zones for leisure activities and greenery. In the Nábřežní Street, the design preserves the pedestrian zone; the appropriateness of maintaining this solution is confirmed by the organizer, but the jury recommends determining exact traffic regulations for allowing delivery vehicles and others according to the future use of the buildings. The jury notes a formal error in not indicating the level of the existing and modified terrain in the prescribed sections due to the need to evaluate the extent of terrain modifications. In the next stage of the documentation, this will be completed, including the course of engineering networks. Overall, the jury evaluates the proposal for the center of Břidličná as very suitable and of high quality. Changes may occur in the pointed-out details, but they do not have a fundamental impact on the idea of the proposal.

Jury evaluation: The jury appreciated that after fulfilling the conditions for the 2nd phase of the competition, the proposal significantly improved in quality and positively evaluates especially the work with materials traditional for the addressed environment (slate, wood). It also appreciates the solution for the infiltration of rainwater. It also notes the attempt to connect the square with residential buildings to the north through terrain modifications and stairs. However, it does not consider the proposed pond as a suitable solution as a water element. The pond does not have an outlet for water and its impermeability increases the unreality of this proposal. It recommends looking for other options to integrate a water element into the square, possibly connected with the southern side of the square and the presence of the river, or tentatively revoking the defunct stream. The jury agreed that the proposed placement of parking spaces for personal cars along the main road Bruntálská is unsuitable and overdimensioned. The proposed solution creates a visual barrier made up of a row of cars along the square and park modifications. It recommends limiting parking in certain areas, particularly in the gathering area and children's playground, where it forms a visibility barrier. The organizer does not consider the proposal for a gravel surface for the square suitable due to the excessive financial burden of maintaining this extensive area and its impracticality in the climatic conditions of the Jeseníky foothills. The jury evaluates the possible new building solution in Nábřežní Street as very problematic due to its location on the former stream and on the technical infrastructure networks. The jury views the proposed transportation solution for the access of buses to the bus station as graphically inadequately supported. Overall, the jury evaluates the proposal for the center of the town of Břidličná as suitably appropriate and of quality. In some pointed-out proposed solutions, changes are possible, but they directly influence the idea of the proposal.
