“Of course, I don't quite know, but I live, I am, and I go, until I am ended by death. I like this world, I want to be good, I want to aid my happiness, to help all that is better, to harm nothing good. I am - even if not fully aware. I go - even if limping! It is not much, but at least it is something. And all of this is the adulthood of man, its happiness, and wisdom.”
Josef Čapek: The Lame Pilgrim

We wander through the landscape and meet its inhabitants, listening to their "shared"
memories. From fairy tales and legends, we learn who lived honorably here and who stole, on whom misfortune clung and who was lucky, in which rocks evil spirits dwelled, where the treasure of immense value is hidden, which plant eases all pain, why a certain house, valley, or mountain is named as it is, or what might happen when clouds come from the west. From random passersby, local "characters," quirky guides, priests, or waitresses from the pub in the square, we receive advice on where not to go and where to look, whom to trust, and whom to turn to... We piece together these snippets of knowledge along with everything we have seen and experienced here into one coherent story - a memory. A memory, thanks to which we can return here anytime and feel at home.

“The imprint left in the landscape by us is the future imprint of the landscape for future generations.”

The concept is an imprint of the surrounding landscape in one place. The overall appearance is influenced by the subjective feeling of the place and its surroundings and is presented as such. This subjective feeling is imprinted into a structure that allows others to compare their feeling of the landscape with another.     The structure is designed to be haptic, and therefore is not to be perceived only by sight, but rather expands the experience of the place through touch as well.
The individual elements are, like beads, threaded onto a circle, which is the basic ground plan element. The elements do not correspond to any real cuts in the terrain but are deformed to capture the essential dominant points in the area as best as possible. All dimensions are deformed, including the distances between individual points.
The structure consists of concrete slabs, which change their height, width, and slope along the circle. In the peak narrative points, which represent the dominant elements of the landscape, the slabs are set vertically into the ground. This vertical setting creates a strong feeling of change - dominance - upon touch. From the dominant point, the other slabs gradually slope down until they match the surrounding terrain. Similarly, between the individual dominances in the real surroundings, there are gray areas that blend into the landscape and do not attract our attention in any way.
The slabs are designed to be able to be installed without the use of heavy machinery and wet technologies, during their erection and stabilization.
