The winner of the Josef Maria Olbrich Award 2025 is a kindergarten in Kravaře

On September 6, 2025, the expert jury of the Josef Maria Olbrich Award met and personally visited all seven nominated buildings. During the tours of the buildings, the jury made a decision about the winner. The main prize was awarded to the project Reconstruction and Extension of the Kindergarten in Kravaře by WMA architects. The investor of the construction was the town of Kravaře.

The jury also decided to award one honorable mention, which went to the reconstruction of the Blue Pavilion in the Nový Dvůr Arboretum. The building, designed by architect Anna Fiedlová in 1967, was successfully reconstructed by the Silesian Provincial Museum and now serves visitors of the arboretum as an exhibition space.
