If one author registers a realization, the content of which consists of multiple categories (e.g. Reconstruction + Interior; New Construction + Landscape Architecture and Garden Creation....), they may only submit this realization to one category of their choice. If any part of it is a separate work by another author, this author may also submit it.

- for reconstructions, documentation of the original state is also required.
- main characteristic drawings in a reduced, but clearly readable (simplified) form, including a site plan, if applicable,
- bilingual caption (in Czech and English) measuring 10 x 70 cm placed at the bottom of the panel, stating:
the name of the author and co-authors of the project, title and place of realization, investor, main contractor, completion date, data on occupancy permit
3/ Adjustment: Light panels (Kapa boards) 70 x 100 cm oriented vertically, maximum thickness of 5 mm. Covering of the panel with glass is excluded.

These mandatory attachments, except for the completed application, must also be submitted on a digital data carrier for use in the exhibition catalog and for the needs of the traveling part of the exhibition.
For realizations that, in the author's opinion, cannot be sufficiently documented with drawn documentation placed on the panel, it is possible to attach a supplementary drawing appendix of no more than 10 A4 sheets, bound in a spine. This appendix is intended only for potential further information for the jury.
The participant's application, accompanying text, and any supplementary drawing appendix in the specified scope are part of the evaluated documentation.

Optional attachments:
Authors may, at their discretion, display a model of the competition work, which will be part of the exhibition and subsequently archived in the NG repository.
