One-round public anonymous architectural design competition.
The subject of the competition is to develop a proposal for the urban, architectural, operational, spatial, structural, technical, and aesthetic solution of the Regional Cultural and Educational Center building, which includes the Regional Library of František Bartoš, the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts, and the Museum of Southeast Moravia in Zlín, in buildings No. 14 and 15 of the former Baťa factory in Zlín and the space between these buildings. The subject of the competition does not include detailed proposals for interior furnishing, exterior furniture, and exhibitions, except for parts firmly attached to the building and the indicative arrangement of interior equipment.
