Theatre of Architecture : Little Chmel | Swiss School

On Wednesday May 23rd at 6:00 PM, a presentation by a duo of young architects will take place at the Olomouc Theatre of Music, Denisova 47. Miroslav Malý (Olomouc) and Zdeněk Chmel (České Budějovice) will present their projects and their first major realization – a new school in Nezamyslice. Together with Jitka Vančurová (Brno), they will explain how they think about space and how they work with it. We will ask them what influence their studies in Switzerland and work for personalities such as Herzog & de Meuron or Christian Kerez had on their thinking about architecture. Is it possible to transfer some principles to the Czech Republic?
