On Wednesday, April 6, 2011, the opening of the exhibition of diploma and bachelor projects by graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Architecture at the Technical University in Liberec, titled Ještěd Z Klece (JZK), took place at OC Plaza in Liberec. This exhibition follows the annual competitive showcase of current FUA TUL students - Ješted F Kleci.
The exhibition aims to present the students' work to the citizens of the city and create a discussion around the projects. A total of 25 projects are displayed, with models present for 14 of them. These final projects are, in fact, the most sophisticated projects at the school, which can only be seen during a brief defense and then disappear from the school and the city along with their authors. For this reason, public spaces in the shopping center were chosen, which people pass through every day.
Part of the opening ceremony included a brief evaluation of the exhibition by Mrs. Věra Vohlídalová (former director of the Regional Scientific Library), Prof. Zdeněk Kovář (former rector of TU in Liberec), and Priest Michal Podzimka, who mentioned, among other things, the significant difference between a standard final project at other schools and at architecture schools. The exhibition will be supplemented by a public discussion forum, which will take place on the website jestedzklece.cz.
Ještěd Z Klece 2010 was organized by Jiří Žid and Michaela Dlouhá with the help of the o.s. x-fatul with Jakub Hendrych, Honza Kadlas, and Jiří Janďourek. The exhibition is the first event organized by x-fatul, which is an association of graduates and friends of FUA TUL. Its goal is to support the school, manage the current database of contacts for the school's graduates, and organize various events, exhibitions, and workshops.

We would like to thank all the sponsors - graduates of FUA, respectively their studios, who supported this exhibition:
