Full House / Alfa Passage 1937-2017 - Exhibition Opening

On Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 6:00 PM, the opening of the exhibition Full House will take place in the Brno passage Alfa, Poštovská 6. The Alfa passage, a multifunctional urban palace in the center of Brno, has existed for 80 years. Throughout the 20th century, significant historical events have reflected more or less on this building. On the occasion of this anniversary, an exhibition consisting of a single object/model was created. Only in this way can the diversity and complexity of this monumental building be captured. The curatorial research, mediated by the catalog, focused on capturing the architectural, historical, and political aspects of the changes of this house and their impact on the current appearance of the place. During the opening, a guided tour of the building will be led by Barbora Benčíková.
