We invite you to the next episode of the series on young Czech architecture, which is taking place as part of THE STOLEN GALLERY, this time at UKG in Děčín - Podmokly, where the series has been successfully expanded. We will be presented by the leader of the Brainwork studio - Petr Janda. The exhibition will take place on Thursday, June 27, at 7 PM at the corner of Zbrojnická and Tržní streets in Děčín - Podmokly. The lecture will take place at the Bodenbach bar at 7:30 PM (approximately a 5-minute walk from UKG).

petrjanda / brainwork

Petr Janda studied architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University (2001) and monumental creation at the Academy of Fine Arts (2003) in Prague. Until 2007, he was a member of the Sporadical studio; currently, he creates in his studio Brainwork. He operates at the intersection of architecture, art, and public space. He enjoys actively participating in the creation of briefs; his approach is comprehensive and based on multidisciplinary collaboration. He strives to define each project with an original idea and to create contemporaneously and timelessly. He is a "cynical optimist." Collaborating members of the studio are Bára Simajchlová and Anna Podroužková.

The exhibition will take place in any weather!

Come, we would be happy to see you!
Best regards, Martin Chlanda, Jana Fischerová, and Michal Rouha / UKG
