Prague - Skanska Property Czech Republic has decided to sell the office building Vyšehrad Victoria in Prague to the real estate fund HRI Immobilienfonds Nr. 1 owned by the Austrian company Hypo Real Invest AG. The transaction price is 13.5 million EUR. Hypo Real Invest AG has made its very first acquisition in the Czech Republic through this investment.
