Music journalist and popularizer of jazz music in the Czech Republic Lubomír Dorůžka was recognized for his contribution to the Czech music scene, the visual arts category was dominated by Leoš Válka, who was commended by the judges for establishing the DOX Contemporary Art Center in Holešovice.
