The new square project includes nine residential buildings with commercial spaces on the ground floor and a residential building with a social and conference hall. There are a total of 157 apartments in these buildings, with additional ones in 21 terraced houses. According to the current zoning plan, this is the last residential project in Dolní Břežany, as no further projects are expected to be carried out in the foreseeable future.
