The Prague exhibition grounds will host two trade fairs next month related to energy savings and construction. While the newcomer FOR PASIV will focus on low-energy and passive building, the topic of the traditional fair TIMBER CONSTRUCTION 2013 will be wooden structures. Both fairs will discuss the current topic of passive construction. The Passive House Center and its members have prepared twenty lectures, several films, and dozens of hours of free consulting for visitors.
The area of the Letňany Exhibition Center in Prague will host the fair FOR PASIV from February 6 to 9, 2013, along with nearly 40 companies focused on the design, construction, and furnishing of energy-efficient buildings. Among the exhibitors will also be a booth from the Passive House Center and its members.

The Passive House Center will offer free consulting throughout the fair – at the round table over the four days, eight experienced experts will take turns to answer any questions you may have about passive houses. In the consulting team, you will find experts in ventilation, heating, airtightness of the house, and specialists in the construction of passive houses using specific construction materials. We recommend booking an appointment with your chosen consultant in advance.

Seminar "Building Passive Houses and Living in Them"

On Saturday, February 6, 2013, an interesting accompanying program is prepared for visitors, which is professionally supported by the Passive House Center. In addition to lectures on the topic "Building Passive Houses and Living in Them," visitors can look forward to film screenings and an interactive exhibition presenting the main principles of passive construction.

The fair Wooden Constructions, which will take place at the exhibition grounds in Holešovice from February 21 to 24, 2013, will also feature a rich accompanying program alongside experts from the Passive House Center. A detailed program for this fair will soon be available on the website www.pasivnidomy.cz.
